Prices are quoted on Mudmonsters.co.uk are in UK Pounds Sterling.

 

Mudmonsters.co.uk endeavour to ensure all prices shown on the website are accurate. However, errors can occur and there may also be occasional discrepancies to those prices shown in our catalogues and promotional information for similar or identical products.

If an error in pricing on an order is discovered, Mudmonsters.co.uk will offer an option to re-confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order. Any payments made for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Payment

All orders must be paid in advance prior to dispatch.

Credit Card/Debit Card payments are accepted and processed securely by Nochex Payments on our behalf.  Payments are also accepted by PayPal. Amex payments can also be processed by Paypal. 

 

Please note that card payments  processed by Nochex payments will appear as nochex on your card statement.

Card payments taken by Paypal will show Paypal - Redturkey on your statement.

Mudmonsters is a trading name of Redturkey.

 

European Orders

All orders will processed in Pound Sterling at prevailing exchange rates.

Availability

All items are subject to availability.

Mudmonsters.co.uk may cancel any sale if it is deemed reasonable to do so. Changing availability of a product or discontinuing product lines is at the sole discretion of Mudmonsters.co.uk.

If a product ordered is unavailable or out of stock, Mudmonsters.co.uk Customer Service Department will endeavour to contact the customer with an option for a viable alternative product or cancelling the order. Full refunds will be made for cancelled orders.

Returns and Refunds

f you wish to return an item then you must first contact our Customer Services Department and request a Returns number. We will then authorise a returns number assuming the following conditions have been met.

1.  The item(s) is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

2. When we take receipt of the  item(s) it is in  a new unused condition and can be easily resold.

 

Unfortunately we cannot re-emburse return postage and packaging  costs unless.

1.  The item is faulty

2.  The item has been described inaccurately

3.  The item has been damaged in transit.



Faulty Goods:

If a product is received that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact Mudmonsters.co.uk to arrange a full refund or replacement prior to returning the product.
