Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item then you must first contact our Customer Services Department and request a Returns number. We will then authorise a returns number assuming the following conditions have been met.

1. The item(s) is returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

2. When we take receipt of the item(s) it is in a new unused condition and can be easily resold.

Unfortunately we cannot re-emburse return postage and packaging costs unless.

1. The item is faulty

2. The item has been described inaccurately

3. The item has been damaged in transit.



Faulty Goods:

If a product is received that is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact Mudmonsters.co.uk to arrange a full refund or replacement prior to returning the product.
